Currently in product development for USAA, leading cross-functional teams in defining the future of auto insurance products and services by leveraging emerging technology to keep drivers safe on the road. Public successes include the launch and maturation of USAA SafePilot, a two-time award-winning safe driving discount program, and the recent acquisition and integration of USAA’s new pay as you drive product, a usage-based auto insurance with behavioral and contextual rating factors.
Prior to USAA, established and managed Coca-Cola’s New England Market Unit print shop, serving clients: Faneuil Hall, Stop & Shop, Market Basket, The Big E, Fenway Shell, NCAA, Boston’s Children Hospital, Curry College, and various CCR distribution centers. Earned a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design (Graphic Design), with a focus in Science for Art and Design.
